Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped lemongrass
- 4 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Sliced red chiles and fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk ginger, lemongrass, garlic, honey, and fish sauce. Add chicken; toss until coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes. In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add chicken, skin-side down; cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Garnish.
