Baby Carrots in Dill Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. multicolor baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Put carrots in a saucepan with enough water to cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain carrots and return to saucepan. Toss with butter, lemon juice, dill, salt and black pepper until butter is melted.
