Ingredients
- 1 lb. multicolor baby carrots
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions

Put carrots in a saucepan with enough water to cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain carrots and return to saucepan. Toss with butter, lemon juice, dill, salt and black pepper until butter is melted.
