Ingredients
- 3 lb. boneless pork country-style ribs
- 14 oz. can beef broth
- 18 oz. bottle barbecue sauce
- 10 slices Texas toast, buttered and toasted
- Dill pickle slices
- Crushed red pepper
Directions

Put ribs and broth into a slow cooker. Cook, covered, on LOW 8 hours. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Discard juices.

Return pork to slow cooker; stir in barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on HIGH until heated through, about 30 minutes.

Serve pork on Texas toast, topped with pickles and crushed red pepper.
