Nacho Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 cups nacho tortilla chips, coarsely crumbled
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 16 oz. can chili beans, undrained, warmed
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions

  1. Place chips in a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Spoon over chips. Top with beans, tomato sauce and cheese.

  3. Bake, uncovered, at 375 until heated through and the cheese is melted, 7-8 minutes.
