Cheesy Bruschetta Spread

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella pearls, drained
  • Minced fresh basil, French bread slices, toasted

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, pesto, salt and pepper until combined. Transfer to a greased slow cooker. Top with tomatoes and mozzarella. Cook, covered, on low until heated through and the cheese begins to melt, 1 1/2-2 hours. Sprinkle with basil. Serve with toasted bread.
