Ingredients
- 20 oz blue cheese crumbles (separated in half)
- 1 shallot or 1/2 red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 4 cups mayo

Add everything except the mayo and half of the blue cheese to blender, process until smooth.

Stir in mayo and the rest of the blue cheese.
