Ingredients
- • 1 cup vegetable oil
- • 3⁄4 cup soy sauce
- • 1⁄2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- • 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- • 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- • 2 tablespoons mustard powder
- • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- • 2 teaspoons black pepper
- • 4 large garlic cloves (sliced into large pieces)
- • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Mix all ingredient in a large zipper bag. Add chicken and refrigerate for 1 – 8 hours.
