Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced into 1/8-inch-thick rounds
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • Kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk to combine the sour cream, vinegar and dill. Add the cucumber and red onion, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.

  2. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
