Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen shoestring fries
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Kosher salt
Directions

Bake the fries as directed. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and rosemary and cook, stirring, until fragrant, 45 seconds. Remove from the heat.

Toss the warm fries with the garlic butter, Parmesan, parsley and lemon zest; season with salt.
