Ingredients
- 8 ears corn, husked
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tsp Sriracha, plus more for drizzling
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced on an angle

Heat grill to medium-high. Grill corn, turning often, until kernels are deep yellow and charred in spots, about 10 minutes; season. In a bowl, mix mayo and 2 tsp Sriracha; season. Brush sriracha mayo on hot corn. Top with sesame seeds and sliced scallions. Drizzle with more Sriracha.
