Ingredients
- 12 lamb rib chops
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup diced peeled mango
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp. mango chutney
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin

Heat grill to medium-high. Brush lamb with oil; season. Sear lamb for 3 minutes per side. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mixed diced mango, cilantro, bell pepper, mango chutney, lime juice, and cumin; season relish. Serve lamb with relish.
