Kimchi Chili Dogs

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can chili
  • 1 tsp chile-garlic sauce
  • 6 hot dogs
  • 6 hot dog buns
  • 1 cup chopped kimchi
  • Lightly crushed corn chips and fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high. In a small saucepan, heat chili and chile-garlic sauce until heated through, about 5 minutes. Grill hot dogs, turning often, until hot in the middle and charred in spots, 6 minutes. Grill buns, cut-side down, until toasted, about 30 seconds. Place hot dogs in buns. Top with chili and kimchi. Garnish.
