Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 4 cups shredded carrots
- 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced on an angle
- 4 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
- Toasted sesame oil and sesame seeds, for serving
Directions

In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Toss with the veggies. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Toss the slaw; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
