Ingredients
- 15 oz. jar Alfredo sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. Creole mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 cups (1-inch) cubed French bread
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 8 oz. package diced ham
- 1 cup Italian olive salad, drained and patted dry
- 1/2 cup chopped hard salami (8 slices)
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 2 1/2 qt. baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together Alfredo sauce, eggs, mustard, and pepper. Stir in bread cubes, 1 1/2 cups cheese, ham, olive salad, salami and parsley until fully coated. Spoon into prepared dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake until center is set and cheese is melted, about 40 minutes, loosely covering with foil during last 10 minutes of baking to prevent excess browning, if necessary. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
