Ingredients
- 1 lb. tots
- 2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. water
Directions

Spread tots on baking sheet and bake at 450 until golden and crisp, 30-35 minutes.

Toss tots with toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, minced garlic and ginger and scallions and continue baking until very crisp, 5-8 minutes more.

For the sauce, mix soy sauce and vinegar with water.
