Ingredients
- 28 oz. frozen tots
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 2 tsp thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup cheddar, shredded

Spread tots on baking sheet and bake at 450 until golden and crisp, 30-35 minutes.

Meanwhile, brown ground beef in olive oil with onion, carrot and thyme in a large skillet over medium-high heat, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, then add beef broth, ketchup and Worcestershire. Simmer until thickened, 7 minutes.

Stir in peas and parsley; season with salt and pepper. Top the tots with the beef mixture and cheddar; broil until melted, 1-2 minutes.
