Ingredients
- 1 lb. tots
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup cheddar, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- Ketchup, for serving

Spread tots on a large cast-iron skillet and bake at 450 until golden and crisp, 30-35 minutes.

Crack eggs on top and sprinkle with cheddar. Continue baking until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, 5-7 minutes. Top with bacon and parsley. Serve with ketchup.
