Ingredients
- 1 lb. tots
- 8 oz. thinly sliced rib-eye steak
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 pickled hot cherry peppers, chopped
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cheez Whiz, warmed

Spread tots on baking sheet and bake at 450 until golden and crisp, 30-35 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop steak; season with salt and pepper. Brown in vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, 2 minutes. Remove to a plate.

Add red bell peppers and onion to the skillet and saute until just tender, 5 minutes. Add hot cherry peppers and oregano; season with salt and pepper. Top the tots with the steak, onion-pepper mixture and warm Cheez Whiz.
