Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 boneless pork chop, fat trimmed and pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. honey
Directions

Spread flour in a shallow dish. Season both sides of chops with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour to coat.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops; cook until browned on both sides, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a warm plate, reserve drippings in skillet.

Add pecans, lemon juice, chicken broth, and 1 tbsp. honey to skillet over medium-high heat. Heat through, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. Pour sauce over cutlets. Drizzle with additional honey.
