Ingredients
- Two 1-lb. bunches of thin asparagus
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp each salt and black pepper
- Lemon juice
Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Trim asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil in a large bowl and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss again, then arrange asparagus in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake until just tender, 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
