Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup Seasoned Taco Meat (see recipe)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 2 tbsp. mayo
- 2 tbsp. chopped ripe olives
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 5 flour tortillas, room temp
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- Additional salsa
Directions

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Stir in taco meat, cheese, salsa, mayo, olives and onion. Spread over the tortillas. Sprinkle with lettuce; roll up tightly. Wrap rolls in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Unwrap and cut into 1-inch pieces. Serve with additional salsa.
