Taco Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup Seasoned Taco Meat (see recipe)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 tbsp. mayo
  • 2 tbsp. chopped ripe olives
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 5 flour tortillas, room temp
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • Additional salsa

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Stir in taco meat, cheese, salsa, mayo, olives and onion. Spread over the tortillas. Sprinkle with lettuce; roll up tightly. Wrap rolls in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  2. Unwrap and cut into 1-inch pieces. Serve with additional salsa.
