Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 slice bread

Directions

  1. The Elvis Sandwich:

  2. Top with 1/2 medium banana, sliced and 1 bacon strip, cooked and crumbled.

  3. Peanut Butter, Chicken and Basil Sandwich:

  4. Top with 3 tbsp. shredded cooked chicken, 1 tbsp. torn fresh basil and 1/8 tsp sea salt. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil.

  5. Thai-Inspired Roast Beef Sandwich:

  6. Top with 2 thin slices deli roast beef, 1 tsp chopped salted peanuts, 1/2 tsp grated lime zest and 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes.

  7. Southern Peanut Butter Mayo Sandwich:

  8. Combine 1 tbsp. mayo and 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter; spread over bread. Top with 2 tbsp. shredded cheddar.

  9. Peanut Butter, Apple and Raisin Sandwich:

  10. Top with 1/2 medium apple, thinly sliced, and 1 tbsp. golden raisins; Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon.

  11. Peanut Butter S’mores Sandwich:

  12. Place on a baking sheet; top with 1 tbsp. milk chocolate chips and 2 tbsp. mini marshmallows. Broil 4-5 inches from heat until lightly browned, 30-60 seconds.

  13. Peanut Butter, Krispies, and Chocolate Sandwich:

  14. Top with 2 tbsp. Rice Krispies and 1 tsp grated dark chocolate candy bar.

  15. Spicy Peanut Butter and Pork Sandwich:

  16. Layer with 2 tbsp. shredded cooked pork and 1 tsp Sriracha chili sauce. Sprinkle with curry powder; top with thinly sliced jalapenos.

  17. Peanut Butter, Strawberry and Honey Sandwich:

  18. Top with 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries and 1 tsp thinly sliced fresh mint; drizzle with 1 tsp honey.

  19. Peanut Butter, Pickle and Potato Chip Sandwich:

  20. Top with 1 whole dill pickle, sliced and 2 tbsp. slightly crushed kettle-cooked potato chips.
