Top with 3 tbsp. shredded cooked chicken, 1 tbsp. torn fresh basil and 1/8 tsp sea salt. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil.

Top with 2 thin slices deli roast beef, 1 tsp chopped salted peanuts, 1/2 tsp grated lime zest and 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes.

Combine 1 tbsp. mayo and 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter; spread over bread. Top with 2 tbsp. shredded cheddar.
