Spanakopita Calzones

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • Spanakopita filling (see recipe)
  • 8 tbsp. shredded mozzarella

Directions

  1. 1 Quarter the pizza dough and roll each piece into a 7-inch circle. Divide the spanakopita filling among the circles and top each with 2 tbsp. shredded mozzarella. Fold and crimp the dough. Bake at 475 until browned, about 15 minutes.
