Ingredients
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/4 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 1 cup very thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
Directions

Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in oil until combined.

Shred Brussels sprouts in a food processor fitted with the slicing disk. Transfer to the bowl with the dressing, along with onion and hazelnuts; gently toss to combine.
