Ingredients
- 3 cups Quinoa (see recipe), reheated
- 4 chicken breasts (see recipe), reheated and sliced
- 15 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sprouts
- 3/4 cup Italian Dressing (see recipe)
- 1/4 cup toasted seeds or chopped nuts
Directions

Divide quinoa among 4 large shallow bowls. Top with chicken, chickpeas, avocado, radishes, and sprouts. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with seeds (or nuts).
