Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Vegetables, crackers and tortilla chips, to serve
- Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Directions

In a slow cooker, stir together chicken, Cheddar, cream cheese, onion, hot sauce, ranch seasoning and garlic. Cover and cook on LOW until bubbly, about 2 hours.

Just before serving, stir in parsley. Serve with vegetables, crackers and chips. Garnish with parsley.
