Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Garnish: chopped fresh rosemary
Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

In a shallow dish, whisk together cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Dredge pork chops in cheese mixture, pressing gently to coat.

In a large ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork chops; cook, turning once, until browned, 3-4 minutes per side.

Bake until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Garnish with rosemary.
