Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

In a 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Place Brussels sprouts in an even layer in pan. Cook, without stirring, for 3 minutes. Stir in pecans, salt, ginger, and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 3-5 minutes. Stir in vinegar; cook until liquid is evaporated, about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
