Fried Egg Tostada

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tostada shell
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Salt
  • Lime Juice
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. salsa
  • Sriracha
  • Cilantro
  • Cotija cheese
  • Lime wedge

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Crack in egg and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the white is set but the yolk is still runny, 3-4 minutes. Top a tostada shell with lettuce; season with salt and a squeeze of lime juice. Top with salsa and fried egg. Drizzle with Sriracha and top with cilantro and crumbled Cotija cheese. Serve with a lime wedge.
