- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- Tostada shell
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Salt
- Lime Juice
- 1 to 2 tbsp. salsa
- Sriracha
- Cilantro
- Cotija cheese
- Lime wedge
Directions

Heat butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Crack in egg and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the white is set but the yolk is still runny, 3-4 minutes. Top a tostada shell with lettuce; season with salt and a squeeze of lime juice. Top with salsa and fried egg. Drizzle with Sriracha and top with cilantro and crumbled Cotija cheese. Serve with a lime wedge.
