Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 tbsp. chicken broth
- Salt
Directions

Cook onion and garlic in oil until softened, about 4 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin and coriander; cook 30 seconds. Add beef and cook, breaking up the meat, until browned, about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and season with salt. Serve in taco shells with toppings.
