Tex-Mex Beef Taco Meat

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tbsp. chicken broth
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Cook onion and garlic in oil until softened, about 4 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin and coriander; cook 30 seconds. Add beef and cook, breaking up the meat, until browned, about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and season with salt. Serve in taco shells with toppings.
