Ingredients
- 1 lb. tomatillos (husked and rinsed)
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
Directions

Puree tomatillos with jalapeno, garlic, water, cilantro, onion and salt. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sauce and fry until thickened, 4-5 minutes. Stir in chicken. Serve in taco shells with toppings.
