Ingredients
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 canned chipotle, chopped
- vegetable oil
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 tbsp. adobo sauce (from the can of chipotles)
- 2 tbsp. chicken broth
- Salt
Directions

Cook onion and chipotle in vegetable oil until browned, about 4 minutes. Add cumin and coriander; cook 30 seconds. Add pork and adobo sauce and cook, breaking up the meat, until browned, about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and season with salt. Serve in taco shells with toppings.
