Ingredients
- 2 lbs. pork shoulder, cubed
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 orange
- 1/2 lime
- 4 thyme sprigs
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 onion, sliced
Directions

Combine pork, garlic, orange, lime, thyme, bay leaves, milk and salt in a large pot; add enough water to cover the pork. Cook over medium heat until the liquid evaporates and the pork browns, about 1 hour. Remove the pork; add onion to the pot and cook until browned. Serve the pork and onion in toasted tortillas with toppings.
