Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup coconut or Greek yogurt
- 2 to 3 tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup frozen kale or spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp hulled hemp seed hearts
Directions

In a blender, first blend together the banana, yogurt, and 2 tbsp. of the water. Then blend in the kale, pineapple, ginger, and hemp seeds until smooth. Add the remaining tbsp. water for the desired consistency.
