Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp. raw cashews
- 6 fresh mint leaves

In a blender, first add the almond milk, then the blueberries and blend until smooth. Add the coconut, cashews, and mint and blend again until smooth.
