Blueberry-Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp. raw cashews
  • 6 fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. In a blender, first add the almond milk, then the blueberries and blend until smooth. Add the coconut, cashews, and mint and blend again until smooth.
