Ingredients
- 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
Directions

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, salt, cumin, cayenne and oil and process until smooth and creamy. If necessary, add 1 to 2 tbsp. warm water for the desired consistency.
