Pineapple with Molasses and Lime

Ingredients

  • 1 whole pineapple
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • Grated zest from 2 limes

Directions

  1. Cut off the top and bottom from the pineapple. Then quarter the pineapple lengthwise and cut out the core from each. Cut each quarter away from the skin. Slice the pineapple flesh crosswise into bite-size pieces.

  2. Drizzle the pineapple slices with the molasses and grate the lime zest over the top. Serve right in its skin.
