Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apricot jam or preserves
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Sriracha
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
- 2 racks baby back ribs, cut into individual ribs
Directions
-
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, jam, brown sugar, Sriracha, vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
-
Put the ribs in a large Ziploc bag. Add the soy sauce marinade, squeeze out the air and tightly seal. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
-
Preheat the oven to 350.
-
Arrange the ribs in a single layer on a rimmed sheet pan. Pour in the marinade. Cover the pan lightly with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil and raise the oven temp to 450. Roast for 20-30 minutes more, basting and stirring the ribs 2 or 3 times, until the marinade becomes sticky and clings to the ribs.
