Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp. roasted ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. gochugaru
- 1 1/2 tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup slivered red onion
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add lettuce and onion; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
