Ingredients
- 8 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 6 tbsp. vegetable oil

In an airtight container, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, and salt. To make pancakes, mix 2 cups of the dry mix, eggs, milk and oil. Griddle pancakes over medium heat until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
