Ingredients
- 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pomegranate seeds, pumpkin oil and toasted pumpkin seeds, for garnish
- Pita chips, apples and pears, for serving

In a food processor, combine garbanzo beans, pumpkin tahini, olive oil, orange juice, toasted sesame oil, cumin, garlic and salt. Cover; process until smooth. Transfer to a platter or bowl. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, pumpkin oil and pumpkin seeds. Serve with pita chips, apples and pears.
