Creamy Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Pomegranate seeds, pumpkin oil and toasted pumpkin seeds, for garnish
  • Pita chips, apples and pears, for serving

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine garbanzo beans, pumpkin tahini, olive oil, orange juice, toasted sesame oil, cumin, garlic and salt. Cover; process until smooth. Transfer to a platter or bowl. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, pumpkin oil and pumpkin seeds. Serve with pita chips, apples and pears.
