Ingredients
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 29 oz. solid pack pumpkin
- 1-1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
Directions

Combine ingredients in order given; pour into 9-inch pie crusts. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool.
