Ingredients
- 1 lb. spicy Italian sausage, casings removed, room temp
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups all-purpose baking mix
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup grated yellow onion
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp. Dijon
- 2 tbsp. honey

In a large bowl, beat sausage, cheese, baking mix, milk, onion, parsley, salt and pepper with a mixer at medium-high speed until well combined, about 2 minute, stopping to scrape bottom and sides of bowl. Using a 1 1/2-inch spring-loaded scoop, scoop sausage mixture into balls.

If preheating is recommended by your air fryer instruction manual, preheat fryer to 350.

Working in batches of 12, spray each sausage ball with cooking spray, and place in air fryer basket. Set temp to 350. Cook, turning halfway through, until golden brown, about 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together mayo, mustard and honey. Serve with sausage balls.
