Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 6 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 tsp salt

In a large bowl, beat butter with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add confectioners’ sugar, 1 cup at a time, alternately with cream, beating until combined and smooth. Add extract and salt, beating until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes more. Use immediately.
