Maple-Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 5 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a foil-lined 10×15-inch baking pan. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Roast 10 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup; toss to coat. Roast until tender and beginning to brown, 10-15 minutes more. Toss Brussels mixture with bacon in a bowl.
