Ingredients
- 1 or 2 jalepeƱos
- 2 cans green chilies
- 1 onion
- 2 tbs honey
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbs canola oil
- 6 chicken thighs (boneless skinless)
- 1 can pinto beans
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cream cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 can Rotel
- Cumin
- Smoked paprika
- Pepper
- Salt
- Oregano
- Cayenne pepper
- Chili powder
- 2-3 cups mixed cheese
Directions

Saute onions with canola oil and garlic until translucent

Add honey to carmelize

Chop jalepeƱos and Chili’s

Put all ingredients except sour cream, cream cheese and cheese into the Crock-Pot

Simmer for 4-8 hours stirring occasionally

Add in remaining ingredients and stir well
