Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 C canola oil
- 2 bottle anise oil (or 2 t vanilla or more)
- 3 C all purpose flour- SIFT FLOUR BEFORE MEASURING
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 C sugar
Directions

Beat eggs til smooth

Add oil and either vanilla or anise extract-beat

Add sugar and beat very well

Add sifted together flour and baking powder into egg and oil mixture and sugar

Mix to blend- dont over beat

Use small scoop for batter on pizzelle iron

Add a few drops water into cookie mixture if needed ( I added about 1/2 t or so after I had cooked 1/2 of batter)

WHEN BATTER DIRZZLED IT SHOULD DROP FROM SPOON IN 2 -3 SECONDS AND A RIBBON OF BATTER CAN BE FORMED
