Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 C canola oil
- 2 bottle anise oil (or 2 t vanilla or more)
- 3 C all purpose flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 C sugar
Directions

Beat eggs til smooth

Add oil and either vanilla or anise extract

Add sifted together flour and baking powder into egg and oil mixture

Add sugar

Vigorously blend into above mixture until smooth

Add a few drops water into cookie mixture if needed ( I added about 1/2 t or so after I had cooked 1/2 of batter)

WHEN BATTER DIRZZLED IT SHOULD DROP FROM SPOON IN 2 -3 SECONDS AND A RIBBON OF BATTER CAN BE FORMED
