Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 & 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup shortening
- 6-8 tablespoons cold water
Directions

1- Sift flour and salt together

2- Cut in shortening with pastry blender

3-Add water, using only a small portion at a time
-
4- Refrigerate at least an hour before rolling
