Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles, patted dry
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp. grated peeled fresh horseradish
- 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 8 slices rustic country white bread, lightly toasted
- 1 lb. sliced leftover turkey
Directions

In a bowl, stir the first 6 ingredients; season the sauce with salt. Spread on 4 slices of toast. Top with the turkey and the remaining sauce and toast.
