Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Directions

Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat.

Add everything except broth, stirring with a whisk.

Gradually add broth, stirring until blended.

Cook 2 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly.

Yields about 1 cup.
